Open Sunday noon when many places weren't. Pizza not available at lunch, but plenty of other options. Great food and service. We can recommend: pasta velvet, pasta with sausage/mushrooms, and ravioli with salmon. Very reasonable.

I was here for a graduation lunch, with fish-based courses. I had a great time and the food was really good.I recommend the risotto with scampi cream and the swordfish rolls.The photo shows only one of the two first courses eaten, paccheri chef.

A friend recommended eating at Velvet, and today we decided to follow the advice.I called to book, the kindness and education of those who answered the phone gave us a lot of confidence.Once we arrived on site, inside the restaurant, with kindness and smiles, we were accompanied to the table.We ordered, prompt service, a very welcoming environment in the restaurant and when we were served, they brought us unparalleled culinary delicacies, from the appetizer, to the first course, to the second course and to the dessert.Next time we'll be back for the pizza.Congratulations from the bottom of my heart. Restaurant that turned out to be a surprise, I would never have believed I would eat so well in a small village like Bolognetta, invited to eat here for a graduation (I didn't choose the menu).In my opinion, the breadsticks were extra, personally I would appreciate them more in a trattoria and maybe made by a bakery, the only criticism in this regard.For the rest I ate really well, from appetizers to main courses, the paccheri were the bomb but also the fish caponata.In the rolls I expected raisins, a little parmesan and pine nuts or any other dried fruit that in my city in Catania you can sometimes find but this tradition should be more Palermitan, in any case very good all the same.

The food was excellent. I was pleasantly surprised at the selection and quality. The salmon ravioli was superb as was the pasta velvet.

Tonight my husband and I went to this beautiful and welcoming place for the first time, the staff were helpful, kind and very professional. We ate very well, everything was good and plentiful. The salmon ravioli is a delight, the pizza is also delicious. We also had the mussels and fried fish which obviously made us happy compliments for everything and also for the modest prices despite the quality of the products. We will definitely be back
